Elegant Dress Birthday Card

Hi Crafters! Haven't posted for so long.   Have been looking through my album of cards that I have made and got inspired to put some of my older cards on here. Hope that by having them here I will get inspired to make some more!  Think I used a Tattered Lace CD Rom for this card.  Mags x
